Prenatal Yoga Workshop

In this workshop we’ll explore the yin and yang sides of pregnancy and how to modify your yoga practice. You will learn about the active yang energies and move in an accessible way through a strengthening postural practice. This flow of postures is special detailed and designed to prepare your body for your birthing process. Once the energetic practice is through it will be complemented with a supportive, restorative postural practice and a guided mindfulness meditation. You will learn specific breathing techniques to help promote relaxation in your body and in your mind.  
Light refreshments will be offered after class where you will have the opportunity talk amongst your peers and build a support system.
